What’s up Kaizenovators, happy Tuesday Two Minute Drill. Today’s topic of conversation is change management. This week, Kaizenovate, our technology company, is launching our second product into our chiropractic practices Kaizo Health and the things that come to mind for me are all around change management.

Clarity is the Key

How do we do this new product launch effectively in a way that creates the positive impact that we’re looking for, for our patients, for our team, for our practice, and for the healthcare environment at large?

There are three things that come to mind for me in creating effective change management.

#1 Clarity of why. Why are we doing this? What’s the impact that we’re looking to create? How is this second product is going to be a game changer for our patients, our practice, and the healthcare system at large?

#2 clarity of strategy. What does it look like to execute the strategy of this launch? How are we going to overcome the challenges that we face when we’re dealing with technology?

 #3 Clarity of feedback. We have to get feedback from our team as to what’s working well, what’s not working well, and what would they like to see enhanced in future visions, and future versions of this new technology.

It’s all about clarity of why, clarity of strategy, and clarity of feedback in order to effectively manage this change. We’re really excited and we will keep you all posted on the results of our launch. Just remember that if you want to have an effective change in your practice and or your life, clarity is the key.
