Two Minute Drill: Passionate Volunteerism
What’s up Kaizenovators, happy Tuesday Two Minute Drill. Today I’m coming to you from St. Louis, Missouri. We are doing an EOS implementation plan with the leadership team for the chiropractic Future Strategic plan and today’s topic of conversation is passionate volunteerism.
If You’re Not Involved, Get Involved
We are discussing how to implement EOS for the chiropractic future strategic plan. More importantly, we’re talking about things like passionate volunteerism, connection, collaboration, innovation, and how we can actually move the profession forward through these initiatives.
This has been a very powerful meeting thus far, and we are just getting started. However, as we go through the day, we are building even more infrastructure into the plan in order to execute the strategy to move our profession forward. Everything from research to government relations to technology to internal and external communication, communication within the profession as well as communication with the general public and other individuals that can help us move our profession forward.
We’re having a great time, we’re working really hard, and I just want everybody to know that there are people out there who are passionate volunteers, there are people out there just working really hard volunteering their time to move our profession forward to escalate the impact that we create for chiropractic and the patients that we serve.
Passionate volunteerism. If you’re not involved, get involved. It’s fun, it’s impactful, and it can change your life for the better.
That’s this week’s Two Minute Drill. I’ll see y’all next week.
